In this course participants will discover what induces Sales Anxiety, and how to overcome it. Participants will learn the psychological principles behind performance anxiety, related theories and simple techniques they can apply to eliminate anxiety, increase confidence and put more money in their pockets. Participants will walk away with increased COIN-fidence!
A little nervousness before a test or during academic activities is normal and can help you stay focused. However, with test anxiety, feelings of worry and self-doubt can interfere with your academic performance and lead to frustration. Performance anxiety can affect anyone, whether you are a primary or secondary school student, a college student, or an employee who has to take tests for career advancement or certification. In this course student, will what anxiety is what causes it and several strategies for reducing test anxiety and increasing their academic performance.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have mastered five principles that will increase their goal directed behavior in work, love and play. During this course students will practice a variety of strategies that cultivate the ability to maximize their effort, and enhance their ability to hit their target goals this year.
Upon completion of this course, students will know to write goals that will produce results! Students will have an opportunity to practice seven logical steps for setting goals that win. They will also learn how to and use the SMART technique refine their top three goals. A SMART goal clarifies exactly what is expected and the measures used to determine if the goal is successfully completed.
This course is based on the principles of William Glasser's Choice Theory. Students will be introduced to a psychology of personal freedom that empowers people to focus on internal locus of control as opposed to the external locus of control mentality that festers in our society. Students will have an opportunity to reflect on the concepts of the theory and how to apply personal responsibility to their lives. Students will leave the course with tangible cognitive tools they can use to combat pessimism, anxiety and depression , improve self esteem and relationships at home and work one choice at a time.
